By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies presented before checkout, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and payment information. If you notice an error in an order, contact us promptly.

Products and Descriptions

We sell coffee preparation and tasting accessories.

Product pages describe the applicable dimensions, materials, included components, and other relevant details. Items shown as styling props are not included unless expressly listed.

Screen settings and lighting can affect the appearance of colors and finishes. This does not excuse a material difference between an item supplied and its description.

Do not assume universal compatibility with coffee machines, baskets, portafilters, or other equipment. Check the stated specifications before ordering and contact us if you need clarification.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Displayed prices include applicable taxes. Shipping is free within our delivery area. We do not add separate shipping, handling, import, or delivery charges to the amount shown at checkout, and no additional payment is required upon receipt.

Available payment methods are those actually displayed at checkout. Payment authorization and processing are handled by the applicable payment provider.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. If we cannot fulfill an order because of availability, a material listing error, payment failure, or a substantiated fraud concern, we will contact you.

We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. If an order is canceled after payment, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 3 business days after confirming cancellation.

Delivery

We dispatch orders from the United States and deliver only within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Transit after dispatch takes an estimated 3–5 business days, giving an estimated total of 4–8 business days.

Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

We pay return shipping for both change-of-mind and product-problem returns and do not charge a restocking fee. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive the return, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Product Use

Follow the instructions and limitations provided with the product. Handle glassware, hot liquids, sharp needles, and magnetic components carefully.

Do not use a damaged item. Contact us if you identify a safety or quality concern.

You must not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe the rights of others.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address such activity, without removing your rights concerning legitimate purchases.

Website text, branding, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred through access to the website.

Third-party payment, hosting, or linked services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Our use of those services does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.

Errors and Availability

We may correct website errors and update product availability. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights associated with an order already placed.

If a material error affects your order, we will explain the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and a refund where necessary.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer rights.

We remain responsible for fulfilling our obligations concerning the goods and services we provide.

These terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without removing any mandatory protections available under the law applicable to the customer.

Changes

Updated terms apply prospectively from their publication. The terms applicable when you placed your order continue to govern that order unless a change is legally required or agreed with you.
